Would use again.
Room was perfect to our transit needs. Was located at the Terminal as advertised. Very clean with all the necessary toiletries provided. Exceeded our expectations.
Information relating how to find Capsule Transit MAX when we arrived at KL terminal was quite difficult. We flew from Cam Ranh (Vietnam) to KL then after asking directions from different staff at the airport found we had to exit immigration at the Terminal to access Capsule Transit MAX. This wasn't really a huge issue just more lining up, then having to re enter through immigration.

Comfortable Airport Transfef Hotel
Excellent location within the mall connecting to KLIA2. More comfortable and spacious room compared to Tune Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and super clean room with good facilities.
Power trip during our stay but staff solved the issue very quickly after we reported to them.
